If you receive an error when you try to log on to the MLS, check the following items:
Make sure you have the correct agent ID and password. If you are not sure, call your MLS staff.
The Password field is case-sensitive, so be sure to type your password using lowercase or uppercase letters as appropriate. (TIP: Check to make sure your Caps Lock is off.)
