Courtesy Access

The Courtesy Access feature allows you to authenticate your identity if you don't have your token with you.

To authenticate your identity using Courtesy Access

1. Click the Don't have your token? link.

2. Enter your security answer in the space provided.

   During registration you chose from a list of security questions. Your security answer is the answer you provided to that question.

NOTE: You must type the same answer that you provided when you registered your token.

3. Click Submit.

IMPORTANT: The number of times you can authenticate your identity without your token is limited. If your token is lost or damaged, please contact your MLS staff.
